fixed a bug that let anyone sign up as superadmin through not filling in a password on the login screen (thankfully contained to /liberty/, so no access to the dashboard or anything, but you could still see ips and delete and ban posters). thanks to an adrian on xitter (nthe05) for pointing this out to me

now i'll implement the webring system from jschan here and make sure it works on both sides (both from jschan and from gigataba), that way we could have a webring with a bunch of imageboards (im eyeing the chaddy for this in particular)
